several ATAG-related items

A had a student recently who did some work on ATAG2.0 testing reporting mechanism (which should be current according to the spec).  I can send it along, but it's a zip file that would need to be attached.

Also, I attended the Interagency Disability Educational Awareness Showcase recently:

and there was a U.S. General Services Administration book  there - Guidelines for Designing Web Content Authoring Tools which contained the ATAG2.0 Working Draft as of 21 July 2011.
