Updated draft ATAG 2.0 implementation report

Hi all,

I have attached a draft of the ATAG 2.0 Implementation Report that reflects the wording of the public working draft. As I explained yesterday, it is in SC order, rather than Level order.

Please send in implementation examples either:

(1) As an entry in an email e.g.

B.1.1.2 Content Auto-Generation During Authoring Sessions (WCAG) - LEVEL AA
Tool XYZ meets Level AA with all of its automatically generated markup, including automatically applied templates.
"

(2) As a Word doc with "track changes" ON
