Jeanne and I have an action to review places where WCAG2 and ATAG2 are
supposed to be harmonized but that may be unharmonized due to last
minute WCAG2 changes. Here I have begun by looking at the Glossaries.

(Major formatting difference between the 2 docs is WCAG's use of "Notes")

Here are the "Harmonized Terms":

- minor changes would probably be enough
- harmonization was originally incomplete due to WCAG Notes

- major changes required
- uses Notes

- OK i think but we leave out "unless the media is a media alternative
for text that is clearly labeled as such"
