Re: New Editor's Draft of ATAG 2.0

I've fixed some conformance errors (two div elements with the same id), the 
errors that i've wrote in the list (numbering), some stylistic errors (link 
like <a href="#">[WCAG 2.0</a>] ) and i've fixed the headings order for make 
a correct outline.

I've also put all contents in the updated checklist.
After this long work, I've added my name as editors also :-)
