Introducing a new IBM participant in AUWG

Hi everyone,

Recently, IBM appointed Michael Squillace to take over as the IBM 
participant in the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines Working 
Group. Welcome!

Some of you may know Michael already as he has been part of the PFWG 
since April.
