As I wrote on Friday, I put out an Editor's draft with some significant
proposed changes that came as a result of reviewer comments (some of the
issues have been open for awhile due to our meeting difficulties):

In order to help people get through it, I have listed the biggest
changes below:

1. Concept of "Relative Priority" removed - I got the go-ahead from the
group to do the wording on this - but need final approval.

2. Reworked the "Content-Type Specific WCAG Benchmark" as "Web Content
Accessibility Benchmark"

3. Included my proposal on "Partial Conformance" levels

4. Moved A.4 up, renamed it "Authoring tool must facilitate access by
assistive technologies" and included the old A.0.1 within it.

5. Reworded and combined A.4.1 and A.4.2

6. All though Part A, broke Success Criteria out into Content Display
vs. User Interface "Chrome" where I believe this will help with
understanding applicability. (Replacing all of the "For Web-based
authoring tool user interface functionality:..." notes)

7. Reworked A.2.3 (Time limits) and A.2.5 (Flashing) to address reviewer

8. Consider removing Redo from Undo. (A.2.7)

9. Consider UAAG 1.0 conformance as another POSSIBLE way of meeting A.2.9

10. Added new defined terms:
- accessibility platform architecture
- authoring tool user interface, non-Web-based
- authoring tool user interface, Web-based
- collection of software components
- display settings, audio
- display settings, visual
- plug-in
- reversible actions
- tutorial

11. Changed several important defined terms:
- accessibility problem, Web content
- accessible Web content
- authoring tool user interface
