Preparing for the AUWG F2F

I have put out a new Editor's version of ATAG 2.0 with some mostly 
editorial changes over last time - this will be stable until the meeting:

I have suggested to Greg that we actually setup 2 projectors, one on 
which we will edit the document and the other showing backup documents 
(especially the Dec Public draft for wording comparisons).
