Nov 20 AUWG call cancelled

Hi everyone,

The AUWG call was cancelled today as it was just Greg and I.

Some news:

- Greg and I are up and running on IRC so next meeting, we will use it 
for minute taking (IRC: server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665, channel: #au)

- the ATAG 2.0 Public Working Draft request went in to the W3 system 
people this morning.
