Proposal for next AUWG F2F in Washington DC

Hi everyone.

As discussed on today's call, we are considering having the next F2F in 
(in or near) Washington DC, hosted by Greg P. at Adobe.

There is support in the group for a three day meeting to really push the 
draft forward. The dates being considered are:

August 1,2,3 or August 3,4,5 (in either case there is a proposal to 
begin late in the morning on the first day to accommodate travellers)
