      Roberto: Can you be more specific about your concerns with the other 3 
    actions. I'm confused about Action 3 since it is closely related to 
    Action 1 (that you agree with). All I did was do the replacement of the 
    term "format" with "technology".

Opps sorry, i think to have download all text message but i stop at second point. Good also action 3. In action 4, for iso we need to see when we will publish our document: at  ow the point of reference is iso 16071:2003.
