Minor discussion of the bugs related to 2.1. Last week TB was unsure about phrase "WCAG Techniques Document". It's almost implicit that it refers to a document in the WCAG document chain, but there is no normative guide as to what it is. Thus we need to clarify what WE mean by it. We're accepting ideas for terminology. The phrase is generally familiar to people. Discussed bug 1118 re: 2.4. Suggestion to have more advanced examples in success criteria. A rather long example was provided by reviewer, but we need something terse! Ideas welcome. Bug 1190 for 2.4 also still open. How can the success criteria cover any extra material that may be bundled or preferentially licensed, and not permit non-conforming material to sneak through a loophole here? Completed discussion of all bugs related to 2.x. Some bugs were assigned and these can be seen in the next update of the table. 2.
