Mostly editorial changes to Tech1.html:
http://jan.rcat.utoronto.ca/public/auwg/tech1.html

We have two techniques with the same number:

Technique 1.1.2: Test the authoring interface agaisnt WCAG using
automated evaluation and repair tools for the format in which the
authoring interface is constructed.@@NEW@@

and

Technique 1.1.2: Follow the guidance provided by the ISO16071 standard
[ISO16071] to the desired level according to ISO16071 Relative Priority
(Authoring Interface). The standard has guidelines organized into three
priority levels (accessibility impact): core, primary and secondary; in
addition, two kinds of implementation responsibility are defined: OS
(operating system), and application (productivity applications,
development tools, web browsers, etc.). The requirements of this
standard include, but are not limited to the list below. [STRONGLY
SUGGESTED]

i think, following the actual document structure, that need to be
changed with:

Technique 1.1.2(a): Test the authoring interface....

and

Technique 1.1.2(b): Follow the guidance provided....

In the guidelines, where there is a reference to ISO 16071 conformance:

a.. Level 1 requires meeting guidelines designated as "application"
or"core" in Part 7 of ISO16071@@need exact version@@.
a.. Level 2 requires meeting guidelines designated as "application",
"core" or"primary" in Part 7 of ISO16071@@need exact version@@.
a.. Level 3 requires meeting guidelines designated as "application",
"core", "primary" or "secondary" in Part 7 of ISO16071@@need exact
version@@.

In the last ISO 16071 Working Draft that I've seen (Date: 2004-08-03)
the Part 7 is become Part 9, 10 and 11.

We need to decide if:
- refer to the last TS of ISO 16071 (so, the last one is ISO/TS
16071:2003)
- discuss with ISO (ISO TC 159/SC 4/WG 5) if they will mantain the Part
7 as 9 in the next draft (i'm in contact with the working group, so I
can check)
