After the changes to the conformance scheme were accepted on Monday I changed 
the URL's to the relevant pages back to what they had been:

http://jan.rcat.utoronto.ca/public/auwg/guidelines.html
http://jan.rcat.utoronto.ca/public/auwg/wcagrefs.html
