re: Configurability in ATAG2.0

I apologize - I have been swamped with work lately, and haven't had a chance 
to look at the proposal carefully in detail yet, although I am generally in 
favor of it.  I will try to get to it Thurs or Fri.  If not, I will probably 
not get back to you until the week of Jun28, since I will be out of office 
next week (Jun21-25).  I must also send my regrets for the next teleconference 
of Jun21.
