R: ITALIAN Completed translation

The translation isn’t good.

Please – I wrote now not as translator but as IWA/HWG W3C AC Representative
– don’t use W3C translation activities for pagerank-pagetrust issues.

It’s not the first time that translation will be put in touristic and
similar web sites, please stop this.

document on the W3C website is the one that is official. (Items (2) and (3)
