Translations of WAI-ARIA Last Call WD and some releted documents into Japanese

Dear all, dear Coralie

We'd like to tanslate three documents shown below.

We will inform you when translation is ready.

As I explained before, we translate them knowing they are still unstable.
Because having Japanese documets helps Japanese developers a lot.
Of course we mentined about the status of these documents.
