Re: "SPARQL Query Language for RDF" translated into Russian by Sergey Shcherbak

Hi translators, Pavel, Sergey

It turns out that I don't have my own copy of Sergey's message of 13 March  
(which is odd because it was sent both to the w3c-translators list and to  
my own e-mail address).

I recall losing a lot of e-mail at some point a few months back. That  
might have been around that time.
