[WSDL 2.0] Beginning French Translation (Was: [WSDL 1.1] Beginning French Translation)

Hello all,

I've just realized that I was aiming at the wrong target ; that is,  
WSDL 1.1 is just an outdated note, not worth the effort.

So, please note that I'm switching to W3C Recommendation 'Web Services  
Description Language (WSDL) Version 2.0 Part 1: Core Language',  
2007-06-26.
