I have two comments:

It appears your translation does not bear a disclaimer.
Please, prominently disclose, in Thai, the URL of the original document,  
that the translation may contain mistakes and that the reference version  
remains the original English one, available on the W3C website.

I have checked your document agains the W3C markup validator and 43 erros  
are found:
