Unless I overlooked existing announcements for German translations of
this document, I'd soon like to translate "Character Model for the
World Wide Web 1.0: Resource Identifiers" [1]. I am aware of the fact
that this document is in CR status, but I do take the risk as it's on
my agenda for too long now. :)
