You may go ahead with the translation into Russian of  
http://www.w3.org/Amaya/Amaya.html as nobody claimed to be in the process  
of doing it.

Note that the resource is not material for the Translations database, and  
linking off the original resource is entirely at the discretion of the  
owner of the original document.
