Greetings,

I want to report my intention to translate "FAQ: Character encodings for 
begginers", located at URL

http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-what-is-encoding

to Brazilian Portuguese.

I search at w3c-translators list and I didn't find any reference to a 
translation of this document.
