new translation requests

Dear Helen,

after taking a look into the W3C Tutorials site I recognized there are 
no german translations for the followig pages:

http://www.w3.org/XML/
http://www.w3.org/2002/11/homepage

Because I still have some time left I would like to translate these 
documents into german. Please let me know if this is desired.
