Dear w3c-translators,

I would like to translate "XQuery 1.0: An XML Query Language" into Japanese.

The original English version:

Is there any translation plan which has already started or any translation
which has already published of this recommendation?
I have searched the archives of this mailing list,
but I could not find any declaration.
