Please note that the draft has not been updated in 6 1/2 years and it is
not very likely that it ever will be updated. I would strongly recommend
to translate the Recommendation instead, possibly admendet with trans-
lator notes pointing out errors in the original Recommendation that have
been fixed in the Working Draft or are noted in the Errata or the DOM2
specification of the same features.
