In Opera may be it's only question of  "style". But I don't see what's 
wrong.
On the otherhand, as the content of title attribute can't be in rtl 
context, the full stop went at the other side of the sentences.  It may 
need to be surrounded by &#x202B; (RLE) and &#x202C; (PDF).
