Gujarati Translations - Notification of Start

Hello,

We're planning to start translating the following documents into Gujarati
shortly:

# Introduction to Web Accessibility

     (* status: Version 2.0 stable)

# Essential Components of Web Accessibility
     * http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/components.php
     (* status: Version 1.3 complete. minor edits planned for 2006)

# WAI Quick Tips
     * http://www.w3.org/WAI/References/QuickTips/
     (* status: stable. minor revisions planned for early 2006, and major 
revisions planned with WCAG 2.0 in 2006 or 2007)

# Implementation Plan for Web Accessibility
     * http://www.w3.org/WAI/impl/
     (* status: stable. may be updated in late 2006)

All of these are listed under 'Top Priority' on the 'Translating WAI Documents'
page (http://www.w3.org/WAI/translation.html#priorities). We've also studied
the W3C Translation Policy (and related information) and we'll make sure to
follow the recommendations/requirements.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we should be aware of in
this matter.
