To whom it may concern

We developed a web accessibility check tool based on the "Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines 1.0," developed by the Web Accessibility
Initiative.

The accessibility check tool have both a Chinese (Simplified) version and a
Korean version, which will display part of the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines translated into the respective languages.

The translation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines follows the
policies stated in "Translating WAI Documents" and "W3C Intellectual Rights
FAQ."

The name of this accessibility tool is "Web Accessibility Inspector" and is
now available for free download at the following URL:

We hope this tool will be useful in promoting your accessibility efforts and
may contribute to better serving your customers.
