Russian Translation/ Localization vs. Internationalization....

Hi,

I have a Master’s degree in foreign languages and am very interested in the 
localization industry. My language pairs are English<>Russian. I would like 
to translate the following files into Russian:

Localization vs. Internalization
International and Multilingual Websites
Monolingual and Multilingual Websites

Please advice on how to proceed.
