Hello,

The WG2 (Web Accessibility International Standards Research Working Group)
of Information Technology Research and Standardization Center (INSTAC),
Japan, plans to translate the 23 November 2005 Working Draft of
"Understanding WCAG 2.0" [1] into Japanese.  When translation is
done, it will be made available on the INSTAC Web site.
