I would like to answer Mr. Herman's question as many as I can.

As you presume, both two translations are of
http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-html40-19980424/ .

In Kanji(Chinese characters in Japanese language), see last section of

or

But in Latin characters, I'm not sure.
