Re: XHTML FAQ in Russian

Dear Alexey,

thanks. Usually translators store their translations on their own site,
in case some changes are necessary, but as you sent the whole text I
presumed you do not have a site where you could do it. So I put it on
our site[1] and have added the entry to our dtatabase.
