I'd like to know what are the conditions (layout, links, etc) for
publishing a translation of http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS-access on my
personal webspace on CSS ( http://gabrieleromanato.altervista.org/css/
). I'm asking this because I'm a single user, and not an organization.
 please let me know and excuse in advance for my English.
