Hello Richard,

I would like to translate "Tutorial: Character sets & encodings in 
XHTML, HTML and CSS" 
(http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/)
into French.

I was thinking of working on the "All in one" document. Is this the best 
solution?

Also are there HTML or PowerPoint templates for the slides?
