Hi,
I have been in contact with Olle Olsson on the Swedish W3C Office and 
asked about translating:

"Introduction to Web Accessibility"
http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/accessibility

.... to Swedish.

I was told I should first announce it to this address. Is it OK if I 
start right away?
