For a beginning I will translate HTML 4.01 (http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/), CSS 2.1 (http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-CSS2-19980512) and CSS 1.0 (http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-CSS1-19990111). Upon accomplishment of each document you will receive another notification letter and a copy of translation.
