translation of the WAI Business Case

Hi,

I was notified yesterday that Fabrice Bonny has already translated the Business
Case and is in the last stages of revision.  This was not announced on this
list as far as I know and so we did not realize this work was being done.  We
are therefore advising you that we will not be translating the Business Case.
