French translation of "Essential Components of Web Accessibility" completed

The WAI document "Essential Components of Web Accessibility"

Many thanks for your patience.  And as always, comments and suggestions to
improve this translation are welcome.

Also, please note that, through a collaborative effort, French translation
of the WAI Business Case (http://www.w3.org/WAI/bcase/Overview.html) will
now commence.  And since life is like a box of chocolates, I will refrain
from hazarding a guess as to when this work will be completed :)
