Translation

I wish to be a voluntier in translating this document:
    THE PLATFORM FOR PRIVACY PREFERENCES 1.0(P3P1.0) SPECIFICATIONS
with this URI : http://www.w3.org/TR/P3P.
There are only two translations( japanese and french) and i'd like to 
translate it to spanish.
It would be a great help to know if more people is translating it nowadays.
