Are you telling me a bot can't convert 
ishida&#x40;&#0119;&#0051;&#0046;&#0111;&#0114;&#0103; into 
ishida@w3.org? Coz that's what the browser gets, and that's what a bot 
would get. Apache redirection based on what? You can't distinguish a 
browser from a bot.
