Finishing Italian translation of XML 1.1 specifications

Hello,
I had announced the beginning of this translation saying it would be ready
around the months of January/February.
I apologize for being late, but I got un unexpected huge amount of work to
do for my usual customers.
I'm doing all my best to finish the W3C translation as soon as possible. I
expect to  complete it by the end of March.
