German translation of "Getting started with VoiceXML 2.0"

Translation announcement: I'll soon start to translate "Getting started with
VoiceXML 2.0" [1] into German.

Nonetheless, the already mentioned German translation of "Architecture of
the World Wide Web, Volume One" is also due and will follow the next weeks,
too.
