"XHTML Media Types" translation in French

Hi,

This is my first post to this list. My name is Sébastien Guillon, I'm a 
French web designer.

I would like to propose the translation into French of the W3C Note of 1 
August 2002:
XHTML Media Types

I haven't started yet so any pointers, caveats or help are appreciated.
