starting "w3c in 7 points" to serbian

hello, now i am starting to translate "w3c in 7 points" to
serbian. it will be finished until the end of 2004.

once again, if there are other volunteers for serbian
on this list, i would appreciate some help in the
future, especially for more complex documents.
