We put the Japanese translation of WCAG 2.0 WD [1] at

This work was done by WG2 (Web Accessibility International Standards
Research Working Group of Information Technology Research and
Standardization Center, JAPAN) to enhance international standard
harmonization of Web accessibility. :-)

translation of recent WCAG 2.0 WD
