Translation of Technical Reports into Portuguese

Hi,

I would like to volunteer to translate the following TRs into Brazilian Portuguese:


HTML 4.01 Specification 
Cascading Style Sheets, level 2 (CSS2) Specification 

Both Reports are a little old, but I havenīt seen translations of such important documents into Brazilian Portuguese (I checked out the list of translated reports by language, and I saw no reference to these reports).

If needed, I would like to have your authorization.
