German: CR-DOM-Level-3-XPath-20030331

Hi!

I'am happy to announce a new translation: Wolfgang Bock has begun to 
translate the candidate recommendation Document Object Model (DOM) Level 
3 XPath Specification 
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-DOM-Level-3-XPath-20030331) to German. It 
will be published as part of our german translation project 
www.edition-w3c.de. As soon as the translation is available I will send
