Dear Ivan,

Thanks for adding WCAG 1.0 Korean translation.

However, I found that current WCAG 1.0 Korean translation links are broken
in W3's page.
Please modify that link to

In addition, I'd like to tell you that two more Korean translation
documents are now available.
