Translation redirect comma tool

Hi,

  Now that we have machine-processable translation and specification
meta data, could we have a new comma tool (<http://www.w3.org/,tools>)
which redirects to a specific translation of the document, e.g. 
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-basic/,it> would redirect to
<http://www.w3c.it/traduzioni/REC-xhtml-basic-20001219-it.html> and
<http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-basic/,translations> would redirect to
<http://www.w3.org/2003/03/Translations/byTechnology?technology=xhtml-basic>?
