plan to translate Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 into Korean

Hi, 

I've started translating 'Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0' into
Korean.
It is completed about 50%, and I hope I'll be able to finish it until the
end of July, 2003.
